The management team of MicroAnalytica (Pty) Ltd reached the pinnacle level of moral authority when they joined skill and resources in 2019.

Neels Jonck
One of the founder members of MicroAnalytica (Pty) Ltd. Neels is a Chartered Accountant (CA (SA)) and Registered Auditor (RA) with 25 years of practicing experience as one of three partners at an Audit and Accounting firm in Pretoria, Gauteng. Neels is also an avid sportsman and has represented South Africa in many International test matches and sporting events and is actively involved in regional, provincial and national committees of the South African Bisley Union. He is a graduate of the University of Pretoria (B.Com Accounting) and the University of South Africa (Hons. BCompt) and obtained his CA(SA) qualification in 2000. Neels has extensive knowledge of current economic issues and enjoys using this knowledge together with his leadership skills to contribute to the successes of the companies and committees he is a part of. He is a professional, dynamic leader who looks out for the well-being of his co-workers and leads by example.
Juan Olivier
Juan is a Chartered Accountant CA (S.A.) as well as a Registered Auditor (RA) and a partner of an Audit and Accounting firm in Pretoria, Gauteng. He graduated from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2008 and became a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) in 2009. Juan has extensive experience in large and medium audits of private companies with specific experience in the pharmaceutical industry leading audit teams as well as advisory committees. As a result of experience gained across multiple industries he has a broad perspective on delivering sound business and financial advise.
Sanet Jonck
Sanet is a senior assistant and provides general administrative support to the team at MicroAnalytica (Pty) Ltd. She holds a BA Degree obtained from the University of Pretoria and a National Certificate – Secretarial from the Tshwane University of Technology. She worked as a research analyst for 15 years, which makes her a high level researcher and analyzer. She uses this extensive experience of analyzing detail to make sure that the products we provide are of remarkable quality. Sanet brings over 13 years of administrative experience, obtained both locally and overseas, to the company and enjoys using these skills to the benefit of the company.
